The latest method of passive muscle training is called HIM or HIMT and stands for high-intensity magnetic waves. Over 90% of the muscle fibers are addressed in the procedure. In comparison, about 30-40% of the muscle fibers are reached in classic dumbbell training and 70-80% in EMS training.
